Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll learn the step-by-step process of creating your own self-sustaining, self-regulating tabletop terrarium. This focused workshop is perfect for beginners and plant lovers alike, offering a sample of what's possible with terrarium building while teaching the core techniques you can use to create even larger and more elaborate ecosystems. Your workshop includes: - One small glass vessel with a cork lid - Live moss to add - A selection of plants to choose from - Hardscape materials to personalize your design - Springtails to help create a healthy, self-sustaining ecosystem What are springtails? Springtails are tiny, beneficial organisms that act as a natural clean-up crew inside your terrarium. They break down decaying organic matter, recycle nutrients back into the soil, and help reduce the growth of unwanted bacteria and fungi—keeping your terrarium healthy and balanced over time. Recommended Age: 14+ (Children under 14 are welcome when accompanied by one adult.) Please let us know in the booking if an adult will be attending. Due to limited space, only one adult may accompany each child. Plant varieties and decorative materials will vary from workshop to workshop, making every terrarium unique.
