A Floral Bar is a styled, interactive flower station where your guests choose from a curated selection of fresh stems, greenery, and accents to design and wrap their own custom bouquet to take home.

Think of it as the floral version of a build-your-own experience, guided by simple signage (or one of our team members, if you choose the attended option), so everyone leaves with something they made themselves. Want to bring this to your next event?

An arrangement is something we design and hand to you.

Who is the Floral Bar good for?

Pretty much any gathering where people would enjoy a hands-on, memorable activity:

Do you bring everything, or is this a DIY kit?

Both options are available:

• Full-Service Bar: we deliver, set up, style, and (if you'd like) staff the bar with an attendant to help guests wrap their bouquets; then we handle teardown.

• DIY Kit: we prep and deliver everything you need, including fresh blooms, greenery, wrap paper, ribbon, and simple instructions, so you can run the bar yourselves. Not sure which option fits your event?

Can we choose our own colours and style?

Yes.

We curate seasonal colour palettes so we can source the freshest blooms available, and you pick the palette that fits your event: soft and romantic, bold and bright, moody and elegant, or seasonal (think warm autumn tones or fresh spring pastels).

Corporate clients can also request branded signage or company colors for activations. Have a color scheme in mind?

How much does a Floral Bar cost?

Pricing depends on guest count and service level:

• Petite Bar (residential events, up to about 20 guests): starting at a flat rate, great for showers and birthdays

• Signature Bar (weddings & corporate, 30 to 75 guests): priced per guest, fully customizable palette

• Market Stand (large corporate events, festivals, or public bookings): custom quote based on scale and branding needs

• Add-ons like premium blooms, take-home vases, a styled backdrop, or an on-site floral attendant are available for an extra fee.

How far in advance should we book?

Because we source fresh, seasonal flowers, we recommend booking at least a few weeks out, and earlier for weddings, the holiday season, or larger corporate bookings, since those dates fill up fast.

Yes, we serve Calgary and surrounding areas, including Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, High River, and Okotoks. Let us know your event location when you inquire, and we'll confirm delivery details.

Absolutely.
